Pharmagnose was founded in 2013 as a spin-off of the University of Athens. Prof. Leandros Skaltsounis who has a 25-year of experience in natural product chemistry and pharmacognosy, envisaged the creation of a modern company that implements his vision for the sustainable utilization of Greek biodiversity and applied natural product chemistry.
Since 2013, Pharmagnose has been established as a reliable provider of state-of-the-art research in natural products. Moreover, through active ingredient discovery we have managed to provide a line of products that fulfill modern needs for final formulations.
